Registration and Tryouts

SportsEngine Issues Resolved

The registration issues with SportsEngine have now been resolved so please feel free to register your child for the 2022 softball season by clicking on the registration link below. 

I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.

Try-outs will be held on Sunday, March 20th.

(Please Enter at Door #15) 

Where: New Ulm High School Gymnasium

When: 9:00 A.M. - 14U

             10:15 A.M. - 12U

             11:30 A.M. - 10U



Sign-ups and Fish Fry Ticket Pickup

When: Feb 6th from 1 - 2 pm

Where: New Ulm High School

Sign-ups include signing your child up to play, picking up fish fry tickets, writing volunteer checks, parent meeting, etc. 

** Volunteer hours will be done through DIBS and will be coming soon!**

Notes: your player will not be allowed to practice until checks are turned in. 




6U - $25 - no volunteer hours required but if you are interested reach out to a board member :)

8U - $140 (includes 6 fish fry tickets)

$125 Volunteer hours check (to be cashed ONLY if 6 volunteer hours are NOT fulfilled)

10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U - $350 (includes 12 fish fry tickets) 

$250 Volunteer hours check (to be cashed ONLY if 12 volunteer hours are NOT fulfilled)

***Fish fry tickets have increased from $12 to $14/each***


Volunteer Hours & Information

8U - 6 hours

10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U  

  • 12 hours total
  • One parent rep per team will receive 6 volunteer hours

DIBS will be used to sign up for volunteer hours and you will be notified when it is available! 

Financial Scholarship Available

United Way partial scholarships are available for families for part of the NUGFPA program fees. Please email for more information.


Summer 2022 age brackets will be as follows (current grade level at sign-ups):

6U - Kindergarten

8U - 1st and 2nd Grade

10U - 3rd and 4th Grade

12U - 5th and 6th Grade

14U - 7th and 8th Grade

16U - 9th and 10th Grade

18U - 11th and 12th Grade (eligibility will be offered to players out of school whose DOB still makes the cut-off as governed by USA Softball)

 ***We are still governed by USA Softball so DOB will still need to be considered when individuals are placed onto teams.***
